For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget your work and the labor of love
which you showed toward his name, in that you served the saints,
and still do serve them.”
We bless God by serving others. We show God’s love to others by being willing to help them in their time of need. Even us introverted people can text someone a word of encouragement.
Let us worship God, by being a willing vessel for the Kingdom of God. Pray for those who are suffering. Pray for the sick. Pray for the children of Israel. Pray for lost souls.

Dear Father in heaven, we look to Jesus Christ, who is at your right hand, through whom you have promised help for the whole world. Unite us with him so that we may receive authority to help all people according to your will. May your name be kept holy among us, for your children have every reason to rejoice in the Savior you have given them. We thank you for everything you have shown to those who believe in you. We pray to you, hasten the time when your day shall come with glory, the day when you will give the glory to Jesus Christ, when he will reign and triumph over all evil and bring the peace you have always wanted to give the world. We wait and long for this.”Amen
We must choose to stand firm in our faith. God is not going to force us. It must be something we choose to do. When we love God with all our hearts, we will want to please Him.
God does not have Sunday- only children. Nor does God have children who only come to Him during bad times. Either we are all in or we are not His.
Serve the Lord with all your heart and worship Him daily.
Pray for the children of Israel. Pray for lost souls.

Happy Thursday,
When We Do Not Know What To Say
There are times that we are a loss for words. A friend or loved one talks to us about a problem, and we just do not know what to say. Truth, is that is okay. Sometimes people are not looking for answers.
They want someone to love on them. To hold their hand and pray for them. Being there for others is not always about giving our opinion but about us standing in the gap with them and praying for them.
Pray for the people of Israel. Pray for lost souls.

Daily Prayer for May 14

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:1-2, NIV
Lord our God, almighty and holy One, whose glory shines upon the earth so that we may find joy in you and may live rejoicing in all your loving-kindness, spread out your hands in blessing over all people. Spread your blessing over the happy and the sad, over the courageous and the weak. Shepherd them in your love, in the great grace you have given through Jesus Christ, confirmed in us through the Holy Spirit. Do not let us remain degraded and worthless. Lift our hearts above what is transitory, for you have given us something eternal to live by. Help us every day so that we can reach the goal you have set for us, for many others, and finally for all peoples of the earth. Amen”
We can live in hope of our future in Heaven. We can trust that God’s Holy Word is true. When we realize this with all of our beings we can be at peace in all circumstances.
Let us not waste our time on worrying about what or may not happen. God is in control. He will never abandon us or fail us. Rest in the promises of our Heavenly Father.
Seek God’s will in everything. Praise the Lord with songs and our prayers. Seek to do His will while we look forward to our eternity with our God, our Father, our great Shepherd.

Blessed Sunday,
Happy Mother’s Day
Today brings mixed emotions for many of us. Some of us miss our mothers. Some of us miss a child. I am still blessed. My daughter-in-law got me a special book from her daughter who turned 5 yesterday. It was filled with pictures of us with our granddaughter and my granddaughter wrote about each picture. Very special. Her husband and my son is in Heaven.
Today my daughter and her husband came over and brought me some solar lights that look like flowers and a rose from her garden. I enjoyed their visit very much. The lights are very pretty.
Being a parent is a blessing. I am very grateful to God. Grateful for my daughter who is here and my son in Heaven. I pray that God blesses every mother today and all week.

Ephesians 2
By Grace Through Faith
2 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, 2 in which you once walked according to the [a]course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, 3 among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
We all have our days when we do not feel worthy of God’s love. Truth is, we are never worthy. God did not save us because we are something special. He saved us because He is special.
God does not love us because we are so loveable. He loves us because God is love. God is gracious beyond measure. He proved that by sending His only son to die for our sins.
So let us worship and praise God for our gift of salvation. Let us share the Gospel with others. Reject self-pride and replace pride with gratitude to our Heavenly Father for salvation and our promise of eternity with our glorious God and Father.
Pray for the people of Israel. Pray for lost souls.
