Jesus was crucified on Friday and rose in the early hours of Sunday. Friday being the first day, Saturday being the second day and Sunday being the third day. It does not say He rose after 3 nights in regards to His crucifixion.
According to Paul’s gospel, Christ was “raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures.” This is “of first importance” (1 Cor. 15:3–5). We all know that Christ rose on the third day.
